1. General Information
At Nuvaa, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that your luxury handbags and tote bags reach you safely.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including the correct Pin Code, to avoid any delays.

3. Processing Time (Before Dispatch)
In-Stock Products: Orders for items currently in our inventory are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

Print on Demand Products: As some of our unique items are made specifically for you upon ordering, these require a longer processing time. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before dispatch.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and Print on Demand items, they may be shipped separately or together, depending on logistical efficiency.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 5 – 7 business days
Rest of India: 8 – 12 business days
Remote/North East Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on accessibility.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Payment & COD Policy
Prepaid Only (No COD): To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be fully paid for at the time of checkout using our secure payment options (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
Pay & Get: Your order is confirmed and processed for shipping only after the payment has been successfully received.

6. Returns & Replacements
While we operate on a prepaid-only basis, we want you to shop with confidence. Returns are available subject to our terms:
You may request a return if you are unsatisfied with the product, provided the request is raised within the eligible window (refer to our Return Policy).
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly at the checkout page before you make the payment.

8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s tracking page so you can follow your package’s journey.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, please do not accept delivery. Immediately email us with your Order ID.
