1. Returns (Quality Satisfaction)
We want you to love your Nuvaa purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, you may request a return subject to the following strict timelines:
Notification Window: You must inform us of your intent to return the product within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel will not be entertained.
Condition: The product must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Process: To initiate a return, email us at connect@nuvaacollection.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacements)
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a replacement for a damaged, torn, or broken product, you must record a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process starting from the unopened sealed package to the product inspection. This video is required to avoid disputes regarding the condition of the product upon arrival. Without this video proof, we cannot process a replacement claim.
Replacement Only: We treat damaged items as a request for Replacement Only. We will replace the damaged piece with a fresh, new unit of the same model.
 No Refunds for Damage: Monetary refunds are not provided for broken or torn items unless the specific product is out of stock.
Stock Availability: If we are unable to provide a replacement because the stock has run out, only then will a full refund be processed for the damaged item.
Refunds are processed only under the specific scenarios mentioned above:
If the ordered product is not in stock and cannot be fulfilled.
If you have returned a product due to quality dissatisfaction within 24 hours of delivery in unused condition (subject to verification).
If a damaged item cannot be replaced due to lack of stock (verified by unboxing video).
3. Refund Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund amount (minus any applicable cancellation/processing charges) will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
