Applicable to order cancellation from the customer’s side.

We understand that you may need to change your mind. We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Timeline: You may cancel your order only before the dispatch has been initiated. Once the product has been handed over to the courier partner, the order cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Charges: Please note that even if the product has not left our facility, a cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the costs already incurred for packaging, processing, and internal logistics (shipment of the product from the godown or printing facility to the delivery partner).
